EQO has recently finished successfully the measurement of the carbon footprint of the Barcelona Metropolitan Area, including 57 industrial facilities and office buildings and revision of the Carbon Strategy objectives for its external verification.

EQO has also measured the carbon footprint of the waste sector of 36 municipalities belonging to the Barcelona Metropolitan Area, improving and updating the ZWCO2, including the emission factors and incorporating new data sets, the tool used for the carbon footprint analysis.
