EQO-NIXUS will start in August the implementation of a new project entitled: Consultancy services to develop a feasibility study / business plan for an Inspection and Certification Center (ICC) in Ogun State, Nigeria.

The project is funded by the African Import-Export Bank (Afreximbank) and it will be implemented by a consortium led by EQO-NIXUS with Quality Africa as a partner. The project is expected to last for 5 months until December 2017.

The project intends to identify and cover certain gaps in the National Quality Infrastructure of Nigeria by designing a new Inspection and Certification Centre focused on the analysis of typical export products, mainly food products and light manufactures.

EQO-NIXUS will analyse technical, financial and market aspects for the development of thefeasibility study. Besides, an implementation and financial plan and a fundraising strategy will be carried out in order to cover every aspect of the design of the center.
